WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We standby our products and gladly offer returns on items purchased. Please email us if you plan to return an item within 7 days of delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
All return shipping costs and handling charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Initial order shipping costs will not be refunded.
*Sale items cannot be refunded.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Free local delivery is available for orders over $150 within lower mainland BC.
For orders under $150, we charge $15 for local delivery.
For a limited time, we offer a free delivery to 5km within our local pick up location.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 20826 72 Ave Langley BC.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
$15 Flat Delivery fee for outside lower mainland BC.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most of our products are imported from Europe or Korea.
It takes about 10-20 business days for items to arrive at our store, then another 1-5 business days to be delivered to you or your giftee's doorsteps.
You can skip the waiting by choosing free local pick up.
Some items are in stock at our location and ready to ship. Look for items with a "Ready to ship" label.
